Spikenard (jatamansi) is a multi-faceted use oil that has antiseptic and antifungal properties, as well as aromatic and sedative uses. It is widely used in herbal medicine in Southeast Asia/Indian subcontinent and for aromatherapy to help induce calmness and peace.* Be careful, a little goes a long way!
This herbal and spicy oil can function as a grounding base note. This is an all natural oil which is great for many uses: Soaps, candles, air fresheners, skin and hair care, and more.
All of our oils are made using natural ingredients using traditional extraction methods. We source them ourselves from Kannauj India a city known to have been producing essential oils for the last 7000 years! The images above are from the factory visit in October 2015. Wear some history :).
