This Zaatar mix is made by hand from wild harvested Zaatar by Saleh’s grandmother in Syria.
This blend is specific to her tradition and is made according to Palestinien specifications.
Saleh’s grandma is supporting orphans and quarter of our profits will go to her and another quarter to Saleh.
We hope to continue to share beauty from unexpected places.
Tangy, and a bit sharp with a Smokey edge, this spice is very commonly used on everything all over the Middle East. Sprinkle some on eggs, dip some pita in olive oil and touch it to the surface of a plate of Zaatar for a delicious and healthy snack!
